**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:
We are searching for an experienced, forward-thinking education leader who brings:

- A **proven track record in education leadership**, preferably in the independent school sector.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to inspire both staff and learners.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills.
- A highly **organized, energetic, and results-driven** approach.
- Analytical thinking and sound decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of **21st Century teaching methodologies**, global academic trends, and ICT integration (advantageous).

Key Responsibilities

As Deputy Head, you will:

- Partner with the Campus Head to implement the school’s vision and strategic plan.
- Provide professional leadership to ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and operations.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the High School.
- Be an active member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to leadership and governance.
- Engage and communicate effectively with parents on curriculum, policy, and school matters.
- Assist in the recruitment, appraisal, and professional growth of staff.
- Drive innovation in teaching practices to align with global and digital learning trends.
