Minimum requirements:

- Own Transport
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong team player
Position Key Areas of Responsibility 
- Perform Opening and Closing Duties
- Assigning tables and sections to waitstaff
- Ensure waitstaff places Food and Beverage orders correctly
- Ensure cleaning of facilities to company standards
- Guest engagement
- Upselling
- Reconciling personal cash ups
- Self-management
