Future Motor Lease is a fast paced car rental company specialising in the Rent to Buy Market. We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to maintain control of all the fleet functions ensuring all the vehicles (assets) are safe, maintained and in a rentable condition at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Dress code smart, well presentable at all times and having a high level of hygiene.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a fleet coordinator / fleet managers position.
- Own vehicle and a valid drivers license.
- Ability to schedule repairs/maintenance strategically
- Great organizational skills
- Incredible time management skills
- Ability to analyze large sets of data and draw conclusions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability train new employees
- Ability to give constructive criticism
- Great knowledge of vehicles
- Must pay attention to detail
- Ensure reports are accurate and ontime
- Work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Great communication skills - Including on the phone
- Willing to accept constructive criticism / correction, learn and grow as an employee.
- Able to adapt to the environment
- Able to deal with unexpected situations, promptly and effectively. (Quick on your feet)

**_Duties & Responsibilities: _**
- Ensuring vehicle services, maintenance, license disc renewals are up to date and that the vehicle is in a roadworthy/safe state at all times.
- Anything pertaining to the fleet.
- Vehicle tracking. Liaising with the tracking company, ensuring the safety of the vehicles, presenting reports to management.
- Maintain departmental compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure departmental adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Recordkeeping.
- Manage other employees.
- Negotiate with suppliers.
- Resolve disputes.
- Analyze the effectiveness of operations.
- Implement and enforce policy changes.
- Customer queries & customer relations
- General admin
- Perform vehicle registration, insurance and tracker formalities and documentation regarding induction of new vehicles in existing fleet.

We are not looking for a clock worker. We are looking for someone that is willing to put in the extra time/effort to ensure that the duties are completed efficiently and effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- fleet: 5 years (required)
- car rental: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- qualified mechanical certificate (preferred)
