Operational
- Warmly meet, greet, and assist all guests with luggage on arrival and departure.
- Verify arrival/departure details, arrange transportation, and provide requested services.
- Escort guests to rooms, highlighting in-house and room facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, driveway, bell desk, and equipment.
- Direct guests to hotel facilities, functions, and promotions.
- Maintain security at the entrance, ensuring only authorised individuals enter.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of guest luggage and messages.
- Keep bell carts polished, clean, and in perfect working order.

Customer Service
- Deliver the Park Hyatt brand promise of exceptional service at all times.
- Achieve or exceed departmental guest satisfaction targets.
- Handle guest and internal customer requests or complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain professional and positive interactions with guests and colleagues.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of hotel products, services, and policies.
