You’ll lead major preventive maintenance, overhauls, installations, and commissioning of key technologies such as the Protos Cigarette Maker, GD Cigarette Packer, or KDF Filter Maker. **WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**: - Responding to plant breakdowns and ensuring mínimal production disruption - Performing planned inspections and preventive maintenance - Supporting electrical network management and ensuring >95% plant availability - Participating in utilities shutdowns and providing detailed electrical scopes - Driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives - Ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards - Supporting production teams with timely electrical solving - Installing and commissioning equipment upgrades and special projects - Maintaining clean and organized workspaces and control panels - Delivering PM schedules for MV/LV substations and distribution boards - Monitoring utilities and collecting performance data - Reporting plant conditions and supporting machinery installations - Ensuring machine safety and proper maintenance - Documenting all significant work and participating in departmental projects - Championing IWS (Integrated Work Systems) for improved productivity and safety **ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**: - Min. 3 years’ experience with Utility Equipment (e.g., Power Generation, Steam Boilers, HVAC, Water Treatment, etc.) - At least 2 years in an FMCG environment - MV Switching Certificate (ORHVS) - N4 Electrical Engineering Trade Test - Strong experience with Medium Voltage systems in manufacturing - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of spare parts planning and basic costing **What we offer you?** - **Our range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentives**: - **Your journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
