As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, processes, and systems to support decision-making and drive business growth and efficiency.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Minimum three (3) to four (4) years of experience in a BI environment.
- Strong understanding of systems analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, and functional design
- Proven experience as a business analyst or related role, with a strong background in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business process and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, BPMN, Visio) and project management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Experience with enterprise systems and technologies, such as ERP systems, CRM systems, databases, and middleware, is preferred
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) is a plus Proficiency in creating logical data models and system architecture diagrams.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience with industry-standard tools for requirements management, modelling, and documentation.
- Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, databases, and integration principles is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results

**Minimum Requirements**:

- National Certificate Grade 12 NQF 4
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information technology, or related field - advantageous
