**Experience**: 5+ years in housekeeping, with at least 2 in a managerial role within a luxury hotel or resort.
**Skills**: Strong client facing/ relationship abilities, attention to detail, time management, and team leadership skills. Proficiency in housekeeping management software is a plus, MS office non-negotiable
**Attributes**: High standards of professionalism, adaptable under pressure, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
