Looking for a Senior Programme Manager to drive high-impact digital transformation across complex business units. This is a contract role for 12 months—perfect for hands-on, strategic thinkers who thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.

You’ll be working within a centralised Digitalisation CoE, leading a portfolio of Agile, Waterfall, and BAU projects with tight controls on cost, quality, and delivery timeframes. This is high-stakes work with real influence. AA Applicants only.

**Type: 12-month Contract**

**Rate: Up to R850 ph Depending on experience**

**Area: Onsite in Johannesburg North**

**Your mission includes**:

- Building and managing detailed programme and project plans
- Leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships
- Overseeing project risks, budgets, dependencies, and KPIs
- Reporting at exec and governance levels (weekly flash reports, SteerCo packs, forecasts)
- Driving digital innovation—AI, IoT, RPA, Cloud—you get to lead the charge
- Running the full delivery cycle, including post-project review and knowledge transfer
- Ensuring project documentation and governance is always on point

**What you bring**:

- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale programmes
- Deep knowledge of project and programme governance
- Strong stakeholder management chops—Execs and teams alike
- Ability to juggle multiple initiatives and lead from the front
- Strategic thinking with a sharp eye for operational detail
- Comfortable with onsite working and digital collaboration tools

**Bonus points if you’ve got experience in digital transformation within a large, structured corporate environment.**

You’ll need your own laptop. This role is demanding but rewarding—and a real opportunity to shape critical outcomes at scale.

Pay: R750,00 - R850,00 per hour
