Legal Advisor for the IT Division. The creation and maintenance of contracts and contract structures, drafting and reviewing of contracts and legal documents and provision of legal advisory services concerning the procurement of IT goods and services.

- 3 years’ experience (excluding articles) as attorney or in-house legal counsel

**Knowledge and Skills**:
Knowledge:

- Extensive experience in contract negotiation and drafting; and
- IT contracts

Desirable:
Retail industry experience;
