**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute training programs for new hires, as well as, the existing sales force, with the aim to boost sales performance and improve process execution.
- Content development.
- Conduct training needs analysis.
- Create and monitor assessment tools.
- Create training reports.
- Improve training effectiveness by development new approaches, techniques and making support readily available.

**Minimum requirements**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Training or Teaching qualification beneficial
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, including experience in selling and training products and/or services.
- Experience in SaaS product training and enablement advantageous.
- Experience in content development.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
