**Exciting News** Mangwanani River Valley is looking for a well experienced Maintenance Personnel. The Maintenance Personnel will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of all spa equipment, treatment rooms, and related facilities. This role plays a key part in delivering a safe and high-quality experience for guests and staff by maintaining a clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
- Conduct daily routine maintenance and inspections across the spa, kitchen, and facilities.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of spa areas and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors/contractors for repairs when needed (with prior approval).
- Track inventory of maintenance tools/supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Carry out painting, staining, and varnishing of surfaces when required.
- Perform general cleaning, landscaping, and overall upkeep of the facility.
- Will be required to travel to our branches in the Gauteng region to maintain upkeep of the Spa's.

**Required Knowledge and Abilities**
- Excellent communication skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and an ability to work in challenging environments
- Works well within a team and always goes 'above and beyond'
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Matric
- Must have basic Word & Excel skills.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, public holidays.
