**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Create and manage an annual farm budget.
- Manage a workforce of five personnel.
- Supervise work plans as well as weekly and daily task lists.
- Oversee financial administration related to supplies and payments.
- Supervise the maintenance of infrastructure, tools, and supplies.
- Road and fence upgrades will be a significant aspect.
- Establishment of wildlife species.
