Conducting surveys, using instruments like theodolites and GPS, to gather data on land features and boundaries.
- Analyzing survey data using specialized software and mathematical calculations.
- Creating maps, plans, and legal descriptions of land based on survey data.
- Establishing and verifying property lines and boundaries for legal and construction purposes.
- Assisting with the layout of building sites, roads, and other infrastructure.
- Preparing reports, calculations, and cost estimates related to land surveys.
- Researching legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify property boundaries.
- Interacting with clients, providing survey information, and addressing their needs.
- Managing survey projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
