**Job Description**:
We are looking for a technically strong, confident, and self-driven individual with the ability to work under high pressure & intense situations - to take on an Exciting _key role _of** **REMUNERATION MANAGER** for a Global Organisation.

The position will report to the HR Manager - and will be required to supervise & manage the payroll staff (and all aspects of the Benefits offered by the company) as well as improve efficiency by recommending improvements to the system, processes and procedures.

**SUMMARY OF KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Take over and manage the Payroll Department (+- 400 employees)
- Manage expat mobility and salary arrangements
- Manage & supervise payroll administrators
- Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
- Queries and administration of a variety of HR administrative processes
- Ensure relevant increase and bonuses are processed timeously:

- Prepare Reports for both Local & International Business Units (ie Social Data & Benefits)
- Information preparation and online submission of annual Global data
- Generate and export the GL Salary File, Provision File and generate the SMART GL Reconciliation Report for Finance.
- Reporting on XRT monthly.
- Manage Payroll staff with salary simulations and on the absent.
- Monitor third party payments made for payroll (pension/provident funds, Garnishees, Unions, Medical aid, etc)
- Handling queries of MIBFA
- Liaise with the company’s Intermediary regarding the benefits
- Tax Year End, reconcile the payroll and submit the IRP5 to SARS through Easyfile
- Liaise with RMI on all employee insurance matters
- Any other duties as delegated by Management

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCE**:

- Relevant B-degree or studying towards a related qualification.
- Ideally 8-10 years relevant Payroll and Salaries and Benefits experience.
- Previous experience with VIP and Sage 300 people, Medical Aid, Pension Fund and related administration essential.
- Knowledge of the Acts applicable to Human Resources e.g. Basic Conditions of Employment Act, the Compensation for Occupational Injury and Diseases Act, the Unemployment Insurance Act and the Skills Development Act.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in supervision of staff.
- Previous exposure to SAP would be advantageous.
