- To enable role profiling and job data management across the business as well as audit and produce role profiles that comply to job architecture standards and meet scalable requirements**experience and qualifications**:
- Minimum Qualification - Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Preferred Qualification - Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at a junior specialist level
- Additional Knowledge - Experience in improvement of processes, able to demonstrate efficiencies to achieve goals
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with, utilise and model data
- Ability to map and optimise business processes
- Ability to design/develop job descriptions or profiles
- Job analysis skills
- Understanding of business operational environment
