**Reception and Guest management**
- Receive visitors to the organisation, determine their needs and direct them accordingly.
- Receives and routes incoming calls and deals with telephone queries.
- Answer general queries and directs them to the relevant personnel or department.
- Coordinate all aspects of guest management in the building from access control, parking and arrange that requestor escort visitor to final destination points in the building.
- Address all requirements of VIP guests to the individual hosting the guest.
- Coordinate client entertainment events at Support Office.
- Enhance customer service by addressing needs in a prompt, professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Organise refreshments for visitors who arrive early for their meetings (This person should make tea and coffee for the person should they arrive earlier)
- Register and track visitors to manage risk.
- Responsible for the distribution of courier parcels to and from Support Office and business centres and ensures the details are captured correctly for tracking.
- Ensure that the Support Office and centres contact lists are updated regularly.

**Housekeeping and maintaining order in the reception area**
- Maintain professional image of company
- Maintains security by following procedures
- Maintain general neatness and cleanliness of the reception area
- Ensure noise levels in reception area are kept to a minimum
- Ensure professional continuity of service in terms of Reception relievers.

**Contribute to the organisation’s governance initiatives**
- Subscribe and align to SBV Services' ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards, ensuring the department’s processes and quality management system is at all times in compliance with the standard.
- Support SBV Services’ **ESG journey, reporting** on and managing the ESG requirements to ensure a positive reflection and outcome.

**Live the organisation culture within one’s Centre**
- Live the department’s values while inspiring confidence and generating excitement, enthusiasm and commitment towards the mission.

**Provide leadership to employees within the organisation, creating a winning culture and high morale, lead as an Ambassador and Executor of Change**
- Act as a change champion in periods of change to ensure continuity to operations.
- 2 years’ experience as Receptionist
- Customer Service experience will be added advantage

Minimum Requirement: Education
- Grade 12
