Storekeeper

Well known company based in Maitland is recruiting for a qualified and experienced Storekeeper with at least 1 - 2 years’ experience within the manufacturing environment.

**Core Responsibility**:
Logistics: Oversee the logístical aspects of the store and workshop

Liaise with drawing office for procurement

Issue and retrieval of materials to production and installation teams

Stock control

Handle the repair & maintenance of equipment

Safety file issue

Administer and control stock

Liaise directly with the supplier and staff as well as supervise the store

Place orders and liaise with suppliers

Ensure that prices and quantity concur with order sheet and invoice

Issuing of stock

Assist in weekly and monthly stock take

Receive all stock from suppliers an ensure all stock received is in order

**Education**:
Matric

Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience working in a logistics / construction environment

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Skills**:
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and results driven

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work under pressure

Accuracy and attention to detail

Deadline Driven

Time management skills
