**We're Hiring | Junior Claims Clerk - Short-Term Insurance (Office-Based, Benoni)**

Are you organised, reliable, and eager to grow in the insurance industry? We’re looking for a full-time **Junior Claims Clerk** to join our woman-led short-term insurance brokerage in Benoni.

**Position Details**:

- **Type**: Permanent, office-based position
- **Location**: Benoni - **applicants must reside nearby**:

- **Start Date**: Immediate

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming claims calls
- Logging new claims and ensuring accurate documentation
- Communicating with insurers and tracking claims status
- Following up on repairs and settlements
- Managing deadlines efficiently and supporting the claims process from start to finish

**Requirements**:

- Matric (Grade 12) **is essential**:

- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Strong administrative ability and attention to detail

**Advantageous (but not compulsory)**:

- RE5 certification
- Experience in the short-term insurance industry
