**Job Advert Summary**:
Supreme Processing has an opportunity available for a Refrigeration Plant Operator in the maintenance department. The purpose of the position is to operate and maintain the Ammonia refrigeration plant.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in Electrical and Ammonia refrigeration.
- N2 mechanical or electrical engineering
- Category A refrigeration certified

**Competencies Required**
- Self -motivated and ability to work independently.
- Competent on job specific in-house job skills.
- Detail and accuracy orientated.
- Effective communication skills.
- Willing to work overtime

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and repair Ammonia refrigeration plant.
- Maintain and repair cold rooms.
- Drive HACCP together with foreman
- Do machine start-up checklists
- Ensure safety equipment is in good and functional condition
- Adhere to health and safety policies on site
- Ensure PPE adherence is followed.
