**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client and Stakeholder Management**: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive client documentation and communications.
- **Strategic Administration**: Handle all administrative aspects of client portfolios, including record keeping, drafting reports, and ensuring compliance with service agreements.
- **Financial Oversight**: Monitor fee structures, manage invoicing, and ensure profitability of the client portfolio.
- **Leadership and Development**: Lead and mentor the client management team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- **Problem Solving**: Analyze complex business scenarios and select optimal solutions, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

**Key Performance Areas**:

- **Record Keeping**: Maintain meticulous records for each client, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurately reflects current arrangements.
- **Administration**: Efficiently manage daily administrative tasks to support the operational needs of client portfolios.
- **Financial Management**: Oversee financial transactions related to client accounts, including billing and fee assessments.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all communications and services meet their needs.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and facilitate MANCO meetings, ensuring all relevant documents and reports are prepared and distributed timely.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications like CFP are highly advantageous.
- **Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- **Skills**: Advanced knowledge of corporate employee benefits within the industry’s regulatory and legislative framework, excellent communication skills, adept at problem-solving and multi-tasking.
