The Claims Motor Assessing Moderator assumes responsibility for quantifying the additional damages and completing costing queries in the Assessing department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Moderate assessments completed by the service providers.
- Monitor and manage the average repair cost as well as the quality of their own assessment.
- Ensuring team members are behaving in line with the company procedures.
- Dealing with escalated customer complaints and adhoc queries.
- Liaise with service providers, clients and advisors.
- Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place

**Qualifications**
- Matric
- Qualified Panel beater, Spray Painter or Motor Mechanic
- Meet minimum criteria for VDQ. (VDQ Professional Membership)
- Leadership, Management and or Insurance related studies completed or in progress will be advantageous.
