**Qualifications and Experience**
- Admitted Attorney
- Strong academic background

- Outstanding technical drafting abilities, being familiar with LMA style documents as well as more bespoke financing documents
- Strong technical legal skills and analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extensive cross border transactional experience, ideally with an international firm
- A solid understanding of project finance ideally in the energy sector
- Experience working with DFIs will be beneficial
- An ability to work to deadlines, prioritising work and meeting conflicting demands on time
- Demonstrable abilities to build and grow relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team
- A commercial appreciation of personal and team's link to achieving financial targets (e.g., utilisation, realisation, work in progress)
