**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric/N3/NCV4
- N5/ Valid Boilermaker Trade Certificate.
- 10 years and above in structural fabrication/manufacturing environment

**JOB DISCRIPTION AND DUTIES**
- Manage and lead resources
- Ensure timeous delivery
- Ensure quality control
- Develop operational plans and strategies based on Company requirements and provide regular progress status reports of all operating activities to senior Management.
- Be able to quote and review quotes
- Ensure safety compliance
- Be able to communicate and maintain relationships
- Analyses all contracts/projects including the conditions, scope, and other Works information to identify requirements and deliverables and to highlight areas of risk such as ambiguities, conflicts, or deviations from the scope of work. Makes recommendations on the mitigation of these risks.
- Source work from the sites.
