As our virtual veterinary nurse, you will be the friendly voice pet parents hear when they call or chat in looking for advice or to book an appointment. Using your top-notch nursing skills and judgment, you’ll listen attentively to understand their concerns and triage cases to determine the optimal care plan, whether that’s an in-clinic or online vet visit. For minor issues, you may even be able to ease worries yourself with your pet wisdom and expertise
- A veterinary nursing diploma or Bachelor's degree
- An active license to practice as a veterinary nurse with RCVS membership
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Strong medical English fluency
- Bubbly and compassionate phone and chat manner
- Strong knowledge of pet health issues, medications, treatments
- Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Attention to detail to accurately document patient cases
- Genuine passion for pets and pet parent education
- Desirable:

- Post-graduate certification
- Specialization in telehealth/telemedicine and triage

As the pioneer Virtual Vet Nurse for our London-based clinic, you’ll work closely with our talented veterinary team while having the flexibility to work remotely. Your days will be filled with patient triage, consultations, scheduling appointments across multiple channels, documenting case details, and supporting pet parents.
