**Your Role**:
As the Medical Director / Partner, you will be the linchpin in our quest to redefine healthcare, shifting the focus from disease treatment to disease prevention and health optimisation. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing our clinic as a beacon of longevity and preventive care, offering evidence-based, patient-centric services. This role is not only about medical oversight; it’s about becoming a key partner in a revolutionary healthcare venture.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the medical strategy and operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centric preventive care.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative healthcare models that prioritise longevity and wellness.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Engage in continuous education on the latest in longevity research, preventive medicine, and related fields to keep the clinic at the forefront of the industry.
- Contribute entrepreneurial insight to the business aspect of the clinic, aiding in its growth and success.
- Cultivate partnerships with other healthcare professionals and organisations to enhance our service offerings.

**We Are Looking For**:

- A medical doctor with board certification, ideally in Internal Medicine or General Medicine, with a strong passion for preventive and personalised medicine.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a vision to innovate in the healthcare sector.
- Experience leading medical teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A commitment to patient centred care and the ability to build strong relationships with patients and team members alike.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and medical practices focused on longevity and health optimisation.
- Additional expertise in fields such as Sports Medicine, Nutritional Medicine, Psychology, etc., is highly desirable.
