Spa Manager

**SPA MANAGER - STAY-IN POSITION - MIDLANDS**

**Academic Qualifications and Background**
- Diploma in International Beauty Therapy - ITEC | CIDESCO | SAAHSP
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Beauty & Body Therapy
- Massage Therapist - Accredited Massage Diploma
- Basic Hairdressing Qualification a bonus

**Work Experience**:Five years of experience in a luxury 5-star in a Spa Manager role

**Language**:Ability to effectively communicate with others in English

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to improve personal service effectiveness and efficiency
- Competent in the use of Spa specific software programs.
- Organised with time management skills.

**Hours**:

- 32 hours - 56 hours per week (average 45 hours per week)
- Spa Opening Hours: 09h00 - 18h00
- One weekend off a month and all other days off will be taken in the week.

**Compensation**:

- R30,000 (Cost to Company) | R 23 000 (gross)
- Target driven bonuses or commissions will also be paid over a selected period and the value is based on company discretion and performance.
- Furnished accommodation included: 2-bedroom apartment in secure complex
- Includes a parking bay, water and pre-paid electricity is for manager’s own account.
