- **Develop and implement maintenance and repair schedules to ensure vessels are kept in optimal condition.**

- **Monitor vessel performance and identify areas for improvement.**

- **Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.**

- **Manage the procurement of spare parts and equipment.**

***
- **Provide technical support and guidance to crew members.**

***
- **Coordinate with vessel owners and other stakeholders to address any technical issues.**

***
- **Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all safety procedures are followed.**

***
- **Keep accurate records and reports of all technical operations.**

***
- **Stay up-to-date with industry developments and implement best practices.**

***_ Requirements:_**

- **Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or related field.**

***
- **Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical supervisory role in the maritime industry.**

- **Strong knowledge of vessel operations, maintenance, and repair.**

***
- **Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.**

***
- **Excellent leadership and communication skills.**

***
- **Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.**

***
- **Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.**

***
- **Proficient in using computer software and programs.**

***
- **Willingness to travel and work on board vessels when necessary.**

***
- **Valid certifications and licenses as required by the industry.**
