**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain overseas clients, with a focus on markets in developed countries such as the U.S., Europe, and Japan.
- Analyze customer needs, formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Participate in international trade shows and industry events to promote company products and brand image.
- Manage the entire sales order process, including quotations, contract negotiations, production tracking, quality inspections, and logistics arrangements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, gather and report market information, and assist in optimizing products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the metal injection molding or powder metallurgy industry.
- Strong market development abilities and sales negotiation skills, capable of independently achieving sales goals.
- Positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and good team collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel and ability to work under pressure.
