Associate role is to support the proactive and reactive retention of customers wanting to cancel their service contracts by doing the following:

- Calling customers to find out if they were happy with a service, they received at retailors - Escalate to retailors or CRC if the customer complains about the service or mechanical faults - Verify and update customers details - Update leisure interest of customers
**Qualifications**
1 Year call center experience Automotive industry experience will be advantageousEffective customer relationship and communication skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
