Leading meat processing group is looking for a **dynamic and experienced HR Officer** to manage **full-cycle recruitment** for our **factories and stores** and oversee **industrial relations (IR) functions** for our factory operations. If you have a strong background in **high-volume recruitment and IR case management**, we want to hear from you

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**:

- Manage **end-to-end recruitment** for factory and store positions.
- Develop and post **job adverts**, screen CVs, and conduct **initial interviews**.
- Facilitate the **selection and hiring process**, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Build and maintain a **talent pipeline** for key operational roles.

**Industrial Relations (IR)**:

- Manage **disciplinary procedures**, grievances, and hearings in the factory.
- Provide **guidance and support to managers** on IR matters, ensuring compliance with labour laws.
- Prepare and issue **warnings, notices, and case documentation**.
- Represent the company in **CCMA proceedings** when required.
- Maintain accurate **IR records and reports**.

**Education & Skills**:

- **Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations**.
- Strong knowledge of **labour laws, disciplinary procedures, and CCMA processes**.

**Experience & Competencies**:

- **3+ years’ experience** in **recruitment and IR**, preferably in a factory/retail environment.
- Ability to handle **high-volume recruitment** efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work **independently and under pressure**.
