**DENTAL RECEPTIONIST: INTERCARE GLENFAIR**

**ABOUT**

Intercare Glenfair Medical and Dental Centre situated in Lynnwood, Pretoria seeks to recruit a Dental Receptionist. The focus of this position is to provide professional customer service by facilitating the administrative process between the Healthcare Professional and Patient.

**CRITICAL OUTPUTS**
- Answering of all calls and dealing with dental patient queries and dental bookings.
- Coordinate and schedule dentists' training and meetings with dental consumer companies.
- Answering of all calls and dealing with dental patient queries and dental bookings.
- Schedule standard and referral appointments for dental patients according to established procedures.
- Direct all customers to the appropriate location, services and appropriate professional.
- Ensure that the dental reception area is always neat and tidy.
- Coordinate and manage patient flow in the Dental waiting area.
- Manage patient information according to POPIA.
- Assist to monitor the use of supplies and equipment.
- Manage accuracy and integrity of data.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12
- Previous experience in a medical or dental practice environment essential
- Computer proficiency (MS Office)
- System experience of GoodX system is advantageous
