**Who we’re looking for**
**We’re looking for a full-time, Junior Marketer** with the ability to set marketing plans for each of our brands, who is able to prioritise and execute across multiple marketing channels, work with retailers and various role players and who is always on the lookout for new opportunities. If you’re looking for a fast-paced, dynamic role where you’ll have the opportunity to work both independently and within a small, close-knit team then this may be the role for you.
**What your role looks like**
Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, you will be responsible for helping create a marketing plan for each of our brands with a focus on brand growth.
You will need to understand the expectations, positioning and market potential of each brand, with a clear understanding of priorities, focus areas and retailer positioning; keeping up to date with new products and timings, to maximise opportunities and brand growth by being in the right places (platforms, channels), at the right time and within budget.
**Who you’ll be working with**
Internally, you will be collaborating with our Buying and Sales teams, to decide on focus areas, prioritise, key retail partners and understand brand expectations.
Externally, you will be interacting with key retail partners, international brands and service providers.

**What experience and skills you need for the role**
**Experience**:
Necessary:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an executional marketing role
- Knowledge in paid advertising on social media channels
Advantageous:
- Experience in setting brand marketing strategies
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Experience with Paid ads, Google Adwords
**Qualifications**:
- Tertiary diploma or degree in marketing
