A leading Financial Well being provider and Debt counseling company in South Africa is looking to appoint employees for the Durban Essenwood branch.

The company’s purpose is to educate and assist consumers in personal financial management and help them reduce their debt to improve their financial position.

We have Telesales Agent vacancies in the Durban Bluff area.

Telephonic interaction with clients and potential clients with regards to services relating to debt review and financial well-being

**Skills, Competencies & Minimum Criteria**

Have experience in debt review Sales

Must be able to manage themselves and ensure to reach the targets set for daily calls

Needs to be resilient and have perseverance

Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade the consumers to go on debt review

**Work Hours**

Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 17:00pm
Saturdays: 9:00am to 13:00pm

**Salary**

Basic = R4250

Attendance bonus = R250

Uncapped commission
