Procurement and Office Administrator

Our client is in the education and training sector
A successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- Purchasing stationery, cleaning chemicals and refreshments for the central regions
- Ensuring that stock for all projects (irrespective of size/value) is procured and in the store on time so that the project time line is not affected
- Managing the filing of all orders/PO’s and invoices for purposes of prosperity and/or audit inspection
- Working with the store manager to analyze stock holding vs. need/use, and make the necessary changes/adjustments bi-annually
- Monthly track all the issues from stores to the respective buildings, so as to ensure control of expenses in the building
- Stock procurement for the central store (national procurement in certain categories/fields)
- Ensuring that, at all times, the maintenance stock holding is fully compliant
- Managing the furniture/stock needs for HQ and the rolling out of the vacate/intake operating space
**Qualifications**:
- Matric
- Three year Degree or Certificated Procurement Qualification
**Skills**:
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Relevant experience in the Facilities Management and Built Environment
- Management of suppliers
- MS office
**Salary / Package**:
R20, 000 - R25, 000 CTC pm
