**The IIE Varsity College, Westville Campus has a vacancy within the Faculty of Computer Science for the following module**:
- INSY6112 - Information Systems 1B
**Competencies Required**:
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Assertiveness and dynamism.
- Understanding of customer service in education.
- Demonstrate an ability to manage work and self proactively.
**Proficiency Required in the Following Technologies**:
- Database systems (MySQL, NoSQL, and MangoDB)
- Visual Studio 2022
- Operating Systems (Windows/Linux)
**Minimum Education Requirements**:
- Honour's degree or Postgraduate diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or any Database-related IT qualification
**Minimum Experience Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years Teaching and Learning experience (preferably in a teaching environment)
- Lecturing experience in programming and databases
- Proven track record of managing code and collaboration using Git and GitHub.
**Working Conditions**:
- Please note that this is an Independent Contractor role
- Positions are part-time, with lectures taking place between 08:00am and 17:00pm.
