This entry-level opportunity role is responsible for preparation, review and submission of daily batch control

for internal Unit Trust administration (switches, repurchases and new investments). The role is ideally suited to

recent graduate with Accounting at a tertiary level, or an experienced Unit Trust administrator with 1-2 years

of processing experience will also be considered. This is an initial 3 month fixed term contract, full-time in the Rondebosch office with flexibility.

The clients offers a full range of financial services including: Investment & Portfolio Management,
Offshore Financial Services, Trustee Services, Retirement Planning, Local & Offshore Money Market, Estate
Planning, Tax Services and Wills. They also offer their own Unit Trust funds to clients, and attends

to the accounting and administration of the unit trust internally.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Preparation, review and submission of daily batch control to AOS
Retrieve investment statements and liaise with cash processing in this regard
- Process of all other AOS related requests on behalf of business
- Reconciliation of AOS daily inflow account
- Assist and resolve all queries
- Process and capture of daily/monthly/quarterly inflow, payaway, distribution and debit order bank
account transactions
- Ensure annual tax certificates are received and distributed
- Assist with requests for duplicate certificates
- Provide back up support to administration processing during client reporting periods

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification preferred: B Com (Accounting) or similar; alternatively
- Unit Trust processing experience with 1-2 years experience will be considered
- Previous reconciliation experience an advantage
- Computer literacy a necessity: including MS Excel (intermediate)
- Accurate and deadline oriented
- Ability to work additional hours over quarter-end a requirement.
