**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all operations are run effectively and efficiently.
- Source products and stock effectively and efficiently.
- Oversee the engineering department.
- Product management with the General Manager and Branch Operations management.
- Oversee engineering.
- Special projects with the Cool General Manager.
- Supervise the operating procedure.
- Implement and manage SOP’s.
- Plan and implement branch improvements.
- Source and oversee products.
