Key Account Manager

**Job Description**:
The KAM will strengthen our global sales team with focus on regional sales activities in Africa. Responsibilities for overall
account management of one of our global key customers (ATC) securing customer relation throughout the project life cycle
and in optimizing account penetration.
**Responsibilities**:
- Account leadership (ATC) with back-up from former Head of Sales Africa
- Account planning, opportunity identification, cash & receivables, and value communication
- Develop strategic customer relationships with key decision makers in support of sales teams account strategies
- Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales
- Drive identification, prospecting, and creation of new sales opportunities
- Drive growth initiatives and new product introductions
- Daily basis making sales quotes and providing clients with updates on shipments
- Develop synergy opportunities
**Requirements**:
- Experience in DC power related technology sales in Telecommunications in pan-Sub-Saharan Africa is desired
- Minimum of 7-10 years of direct sales and account management in the telecommunications industry (power supply side) or relevant experience from electrical / utility industry sales
- Pan-African working experience
