**Purpose of the role**:
We are in the market for a highly skilled and experienced Talent Specialist. The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for their responsible function by providing a proactive and efficient recruitment service whilst partnering with the broader HR Team. Key focus areas for this role include coming up with new and exciting methods of sourcing talent, referral generation & social media recruitment, sharing knowledge and insights with the business and the execution and implementation of relevant projects.

**The Role**:
**What you need**:

- Relevant Business or Human Resources Qualification.
- 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a team lead / supervisory role.
- In-house recruitment experience within a multi-national company is preferred, with exposure to Executive and FMCG/Logistics recruitment (previous recruitment agency experience will be considered).
- Training and experience with behavioral-based interviewing.
- Strong practical experience with ATS Recruitment Software
- Demonstrated achievement in recruiting for hard-to-find resources, including but not limited to engineers, supervisory roles, IT, finance, and management positions.
- Track record of bringing new recruiting operating concepts to fruition, active participant in the enhancement of tools, techniques, process, and procedures.
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Are you experienced in the following?
- Engaging with business and HR and identifying talent needs.
- Manage key relationships within operating divisions and departments to gain full appreciation of roles,
- projects and priorities.
- Supporting HR Teams by managing all recruitment (across multiple levels of staff and management).
- Reporting on effective talent sourcing trends and making recommendations based on recruiting data.
- Building a rapid pipeline of internal and external talent to fill immediate and future vacancies.
- Providing training and guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, policies, processes, and regulatory issues, whilst building capability
- Multitasking and making quick decisions and work with highly confidential information.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies and other relevant service providers, briefing them on the positions, and acting as their point of contact for receiving resumes & feedback.
- Advertising approved positions via available e-recruitment and social media.
Provide input for improvement in recruitment processes and best practices
- Supply hiring managers and HR teams with short listed resumes.
- Arranging interviews with HR teams and hiring manager accordingly.
- Ensuring all recruitment procedures are completed in line with company policy.
- Facilitating ongoing Talent Acquisition training sessions, upskilling the wider HR team on maximizing the Recruitment Tools.
- Managing a feeder scheme recruitment (management trainees, bursars and in-service trainees) from marketing, advertising, career fair exhibitions and the full recruitment cycle.
- Manage the succession planning process in the business.
