**A reputable premium Spa and Wellness Company is looking to fulfil new positions within its team due to exponential growth, we are looking for dynamic Spa International Trainers who have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the same industry.**

Salary is market related.
- Qualified therapist skilled in all services
- 4-5 years experience in similar role of Brand training
- Free and able to commit to extended training schedules
- Able to travel nationally and internationally as this is 75% of the role
- Plan and schedule your own travel arrangements, including of scheduling and research of existing clients in the area you are visiting.
- Flexible and adaptable to the need of the role and company.
- Must understand all aspects of spa operations.
- Able to create treatment protocols and write training plans.
- Able to create streamlined training manuals in line with Brand Standards
- Able to Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures.
- Complete training reports for training sessions conducted
- Creation of Menus based on the company needs and that of our clients
- Creating targets and retail strategy for our clients.
- Research and development of new treatments as well as keeping up to date with the market trends
- Must be deadline driven and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be a team player open to learning
- Must be able to take initiative and be self sufficient.
- Management experienced preferred
- Must have good written and oral communication skills.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Warm and compassionate personality
- Must have no limitations to travel into foreign countries
- **Must have a valid passport.**:

- **Must have a valid drivers license for a period no less than 3 years**:

- Must be physically and mentally well to work in fast paced environment.
- No criminal record

**Experience**:

- Brand Training: 4 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
