We are looking for a **qualified educator** (preferably in mathematics) who can coordinate the project in the Gauteng area. Strong leadership and supervisory skills would be essential and an ability to adapt requirements to ensure that the core focus is maintained in schools where the project is being conducted.

**Key Performance Areas and Accountabilities**:

- Coordination of tutors, mentors and hub assistants
- Scheduling and monitoring of online coaching sessions
- Coordination of feedback from mentors and tutors regarding face-to-face tutorials
- Regular communication and coordination with mentors, tutors, teachers and school leadership
- Completion of registers and checklists to ensure operational requirements and aims of the programme are met

**ADHOC Duties Include**:

- Monitoring of and reporting on attendance timesheets
- Chairing meetings with tutors, mentors and hub assistants
- Assist with identification of schools to expand programme
- Attend and report on Teacher Development programmes
- Assist in recruitment of tutors
- Infrastructure set-up
- Be present during site visits
- Assist with testing of Wi-Fi

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)
- Teaching qualification is essential
- English + 1 official SA Language (preferred)
- Drivers License with own Vehicle

**Experience**:

- Tutoring / Teaching: 1 year (required)
- Previous experience of working in an Educational Environment

**System Skills**:

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of Teams, Zoom, interactive software

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelors (required)

**Experience**:

- Tutoring, teaching: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
