**purpose**:

- To vet payments and ensure that all exchange control payment meets the requirements of the South African Reserve Bank rulings prior to the payment being released. Consult with clients and branches to ensure that all requirements are met before submitting for payment.**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - Grade 12
- Experience - 2 - 3 year’s exchange control experience**additional requirements**:
**responsibilities**:

- Act responsibly with work related resources in order to contribute to cost containment
- Ensure accurate capture of data and validation of customer documents to minimise risk
- Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
- Produce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards
- Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements as well as set processes and procedures related to area of specialization
- Provide an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all relevant information
- Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships that enable achievement of operational objectives
- Contribute to a culture of service excellence, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service
