Solar Technician

We are looking for a qualified & reliable Solar Technician/Electrician to join our team to work on various projects across the Mpumalanga region.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Job Type: 3-Month Probation
- Language: English or Afrikaans

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Performing inspections and commissioning of new and existing solar PV sites. - Connecting solar sites to the electrical grid or backup systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving electrical and electronic issues on solar systems.
- Conducting regular maintenance and servicing of solar systems.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A minimum of three years electrical experience.
- Qualified Electrician (Trade Tested)
- Wireman's License will be beneficial
- Valid Code B driver’s license.
- A willingness to work long hours and travel frequently, sometimes staying away from home.
- A willingness to be on standby on certain weekends.
- An ability to manage multiple projects and oversee installations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A well-presented, neat, and professional appearance.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: R15 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month

- Electrical: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Afrikaans (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Wiremans License (preferred)
- Drivers Licence (required)
