- Proven experience operating marine or heavy equipment (e.g., harvesters, boats, tractors)
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Physically fit and able to bend, twist, and work in outdoor conditions
- Ability to read and follow operational manuals and safety instructions
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Environmentally conscious and committed to sustainable practices
- Valid driver’s license (for transport and logistics support)
