Job summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process warranty claims and determine eligibility based on company policies and guidelines
- Monitor and track warranty costs and expenses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty records and documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to resolve warranty issues and inquiries
- Prepare reports and analysis on warranty claims and costs

- Support the warranty department in various administrative tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
