Reservationist/receptionist

The AM Lodge has an exciting vacancy for a Reservationist/Receptionist. The role requires an individual who will be an ambassador of the organization with a strong customer service focus. Is responsible for guest bookings, inquiries, and efficient service to all guests, in line with AM Lodge’s vision and values on customer satisfaction. The position will be responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming, and efficient service to all guests and performing clerical duties.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have matric or equivalent.
- Must have Diploma in Hospitality Management/ Administration or Travel and Tourism related.
- 1-2-year experience as a Lodge Reservationist/ Reception.
- Must have 2 years or more work experience in the tourism industry in a Lodge Environment.
- Must have experience on ResRequest/ Salon Bridge system, WhatsApp Business, Nightsbridge and OTA’s.
