Responsibility:

- Research, plan and create visual campaigns from shooting to editing that will elevate the brand and achieve campaign objectives
- Film and capture high-quality video footage for a variety of projects, including events, interviews, promotional materials, and more.
- Set up and operate video cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and other necessary tools for video shoots.
- Collaborate with clients, creative teams, or project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Assist in planning and storyboarding video concepts to ensure the desired outcome is achieved.
- Edit and post-process video footage, including cutting, splicing, adding effects, graphics, and sound to produce polished final products.
- Connect with people, build a community and tell impactful stories
- Understand how to captivate and communicate with our target audience
- Ensure video content aligns with the brand's style, message, and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, equipment advancements, and video editing software to continuously improve skills and techniques.
- Proactively test new ideas and different messaging to find the secret recipe for success
- Work alongside the marketing team to bring a vision to life, analyse creative performance and implement new ideas for improvement
- Manage and organize video files and equipment to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, delivering completed videos on schedule.
- Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during video shoots or post-production processes.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 Senior Certificate
- A degree or diploma in film, media production, cinematography, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to connect with people
- Excellent knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and post-production techniques.
- Understanding of cinematography principles, composition, and lighting techniques.
