We are an established International Courier Company seeking an experienced individual to join our team.

The following are requirements for the above position.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE**:

- Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in the quality field with an emphasis on the pharma logistics industry and specifically implementation and continuation of GDP standards.
- In depth Understanding of quality and compliance standards such as GDP (current Good Distribution Practice) and ISO9001.
- Experience in assessing quality-related activities and address non-conformances at a local level.
- Experience in conducting training sessions on general Quality topics including QA SOP, current laws, regulations and directives.
- Qualification/ Certification in line with quality assurance is advantageous.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in setting up local Risk Management processes.
- Proficiency in managing deviations, investigations and complaints
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving quality-related issues effectively and efficiently.
- Proficiency in scheduling clients’ audits and coordinate audit agendas in collaboration with the Global QA Manager - Life Science.
- Ability to Adapt to changing regulatory environments and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into internal procedures.

**OTHER**:

- Must be well presented
