**Job Purpose**
The role is highly collaborative and requires leadership and integration across the business. You will work closely with leadership team and need to be able to lead multiple marketing disciplines towards common goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
An Excellent collaborator and strategic marketer responsible for execution of strategic marketing plans, on time, with the data to prove it.

**Role requirements**

**Campaign/ product development**: Development of GTM marketing plans from inception to execution:
**Management experience**: Experience in leading cross-functional teams to across multiples disciplines.

**Marketing execution experience**: Ability to execute and keep strategic integrity of project across omni-channel mix and be able to report on key campaign KPIs.

**Planning and budgeting experience**: needed to ensure all initiatives are executed without incurring costs beyond budgets and delivered in line with product roadmap.

Responsible for monthly marketing budgets reporting and advertising spend tracking and working closely with sales team to maintain run-rates.

**Data driven **report on marketing / advertising campaigns initiatives against key business goals.

**You will lead a team to deliver on the following**:
**Integrated Marketing campaigns**:
Monthly acquisitions messaging management in line with media requirements

New campaigns / product launches large-scale product / brand campaigns. Customer facing communications and PR.

**Digital Content & social platforms**:
**Organic content strategy to maintain Brand equity**: Maintain positive brand sentiment scores, Paid content strategies to engage the base and grow awareness, driving acquisitions.

**Brand experience**: sponsorships and activations, regional marketing execution planning

**Requirements**:

- Looking for someone who has proven experience of over 5 years in omni-channel strategic marketing & operations background. Including mgmt. experience.
- Experience: FMCG and Digital online brands.
- 3 years minimum of team management.
