Commercial Vehicle Dealer Principal

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic **Dealer Principal** to lead our dealership operations and drive continued growth. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone passionate about delivering results and building a high-performance culture across all departments.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all dealership departments (sales, service, parts, admin).
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and OEMs.
- Drive profitability, operational efficiency, and ensure full compliance.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting processes.
- Oversee financial controls and budgets for all departments.
- Provide strategic direction on profitability, risk, and staff performance.
- Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and customer focus.
- Maintain OEM retail standards and financial controls.
- Ensure alignment with brand identity across all dealership operations.
- Meet and maintain all risk and compliance standards (including F&I, OEM audits, and legal requirements)
- Provide direction and structure for all departments as it relates to risk, profitability and staff.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the commercial vehicle industry.
- 5 years' experience in managerial role or senior managerial role in commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong aftersales and customer satisfaction management skills
- Proven leadership and business management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of UD Trucks or similar heavy-duty brands is a strong advantage.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Deep understanding of commercial vehicle dealership operations, financial management and OEM requirements.
